The place was spotless inside, with a fresh and modern look. We were close to the town center and the race course, both within walking distance. The apartment had all the necessities, and even some unexpected treats like milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, bread. There were plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed exploring the area on our mountain bikes, following the Trans Pennine Trail. it was a cozy, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay.
One minor issue was the shower, which had trouble maintaining the right temperature and water pressure. the stairs leading into the property were quite narrow and steep, which was mentioned in the advertisement.

It was located in a local area so close to the centre of York, an old railway line and the shop next door, I had a warm welcome from the host. A toaster, an oven, and a washing machine etc were provided.

The apartment was clean and cosy with everything you could need, including a washing machine. The owner had left us bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment with regular buses, making it accessible. The apartment is located on the main road in to town, with a Tesco, fish and chip shop, Chinese restaurant, and two pubs nearby. The train station is also about a mile away, and there is an allocated parking space behind the apartment.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with a more consistent temperature for the shower.

We were kinda surprised to find a fresh and modern apartment at Stable Lofts. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touch of providing milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, bread, butter. The location was ideal with easy access to York town centre and the race course, both within walking distance. We even enjoyed a great bike ride along the Trans Pennine Trail. Although there were some minor issues like a narrow and steep staircase, a temperamental shower, and a slightly cramped sitting area, they did not detract from our overall positive experience. The convenience of nearby shops, bars, and restaurants made our stay more fun. we highly recommend Stable Lofts for its cleanliness, location, and thoughtful amenities.
